Alkaline glazed stoneware jar decorated with incised straight and wavy lines. Late 19th century.

Generally excellent condition. Rim edge roughness, chips to edge of right handle, mostly underneath.

No restoration.
Alkaline glazes are extremely difficult to accurately capture on film.
